In 2000, the business was renamed after Leland’s daughter, Julie – now the owner – and expanded into full‑service contracting and property maintenance.

Nathan oversees contracting and maintenance projects from start to finish. He ensures each job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining clear communication with clients and teams.
Michael leads day-to-day operations, overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and team performance. He works to ensure smooth project delivery and operational excellence across the company.
Josh manages all aspects of project execution with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. He coordinates resources and teams to deliver successful outcomes for every client.
